Do you know how we can help?
By a thorough history and physical exam (oto-neurological exam), we will determine your exact category of vertigo. You will also need a hearing test. Based on your condition, we can propose an optimal treatment regimen. This could include:
a. Canalith repositioning or Epley manoeuvre: For BPPV, specific head movements can relocate the dislodged crystals, thereby relieving vertigo symptoms.
b. Medication

c. Exercises to do at home

d. Advises on lifestyle changes: Stress reduction, staying hydrated, and limiting caffeine or alcohol consumption are essential.
